TAMAGAWA SEIKI has ability to make small size and precious machining depending on experience of defense and general industry production. Many Machining Centers are available in group company and the machining ability is in highest level in Japan.
TAMAGAWA SEIKI has a subsidiary dedicated to special process in own group. TAMAGAWA Parts Manufacturing (TPM) is fully owned subsidiary of TAMAGAWA SEIKI and it was established as a spin off company by divided of machining and special process departments for the purpose of strengthening of competitiveness in aerospace and defense markets by acquiring Nadcap certification of special process. Nadcap certification is acquired for Heat Treatment / Welding, Chemical process and Non Destructive Testing. TPM also has machining facility with wide variety of machining equipment. By these capabilities, TAMAGAWA can provide mechanical parts and assemblies, and offer an integrated manufacturing from designing, machining, special process to assembling for aerospace products. If machining parts included surface treatment would be needed, TAMAGAWA SEIKI can provide a cost effective approach by own superior vertically integrated manufacturing process.
