RVDT Cluster
TAMAGAWA RVDT Cluster with integrated gears is angular position sensor unit, equipped with maximum 5 RVDTs in the shell to realize redundancy. As a key component, these products are equipped into the Cockpit/Flight control systems such as Control Wheel and Side Stick to monitor Boeing and Airbus aircraft pitch, yaw and roll motion control.
Cable Type
This type of sensor is used for exchanging mechanical motion of Control Wheel and Side Stick to electric signals. Centering function to be mechanical zero position is available as option. Between Cluster case to connectors, shield cable wires are used.
Connector Type
This type of RVDT Cluster has same function to cable type, and direct connectors are placed on the Cluster case.
